FAS 925 faux pearl & rhinestone pin brooch

This is a dangle faux pearl sterling pin, stamped "925 FAS" on the back. It has a very delicate curlicue design, accentuated with 1.5mm and 2mm rhinestones. Measures 1.75" x 1.5". This has a protective coating, because there is no tarnish. It is a beautiful and elegant piece. Overall in very good pre-owned condition, flaws as noted.

IMPORTANT: There was a company, Fantastic Antique Silver, who marked pieces FAS. These initials in newer jewelry may or may not denote "fused alloy silver" and properly be marked "FAS 925" as it is sterling and may have an alloy in it somewhere. But there are also pieces marked by a company FAS that have nothing to do with that. I cannot test the pin without damaging it, owing to the coating, but in any case, this would be my price as it is either entirely sterling or else partly, and a very good piece of costume fashion jewelry. The value in this particular piece for me is based on the design, condition and quality, not the metal content.
